What is a Virtual Assistant you ask? A Virtual Assistant is a contracted employee that doesn’t actually sent in your office but still meets all your administrative office needs. How this is a benefit to you is that you don’t pay any overhead costs for an employee; payroll taxes, benefits, Worker’s Compensation insurance, vacation or sick pay and no need to worry about whether or not you have enough room for the admin. It’s also convenient because during the day, you send me all your requests to be completed and the deadlines. I will not only take care of all the correspondence as you requested, but also will mail them out, forwarding electronically, copies for your records to print out when you have the chance. Then at the end of each month you receive an invoice and a copy of the billable hours and project names and you simply write a check out to me. You can write this outside labor service off of your business taxes and I worry about paying the income taxes. I offer strong leadership and research skills, with an attention to detail aptitude. My ability to work well with others, solid computer skills (JD Edwards, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher), and customer service skills makes for a firm foundation for this position. I acquired a variety of skills, the most rewarding being problem solving along with a high level of interpersonal skills. I have completed 32 credit hours in legal classes and am continuing until I achieve my bachelor’s degree in Business. My experience includes twenty-two years in the administrative field.
