Cox Virtual Office Solutions was founded in 2003 after more than 10 years working in a variety of administrative roles.  As a Virtual Assistant, I work from my own office utilising the latest technologies to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to a variety of clients from all over the world.  Work is received via email, post, fax and telephone instruction, or, if you are within the PE1, PE2, PE3 or PE4 areas it can be collected from your premises free of charge.

Services available for you

A wide range of administrative and secretarial services are available including (but not limited to):  typing, preparation of invoices, database creation/management and digital transcription.  I am also a specialist in formatting complicated Word documents and reproducing documents in Word from hard copy or PDF files.  I am also able to convert your paper or electronic documents into PDF format.
