Executive/Personal Assistant
Executive Assistant: - Executive support for CEO, COO and executive team: coordinate logistics for programs, conferences, tradeshows, speaking engagements; coordinate travel (airfare, hotel, car rental or car service), process expenses, heavy calendar & email management, screen calls and emails, coordinate customer/partner meetings, board packages & meetings, and provide computer & IT support
Office Manager: - Event planning (sales meetings, company parties, off-sites)
- Provide basic IT support (troubleshoot) PDA’s, laptops, printers & faxes
Review purchase requisitions, purchase orders,invoices and expense reports for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment; reconcile monthly American Express credit card statements and reconcile and manage petty cash - Management of all office equipment and supplies, including ordering and vendor selection and coordination

Human Resources Generalist: - Manage recruiting process & activities, contractor documentation and offer letters
- Maintenance of Personnel and HR files; HRIS database maintenance
- PTO tracking; Benefits administration & open enrollment periods
- Establish New Hire orientation & Exit Interviews
- Development of company policies and procedures & the Employee Handbook
- Employee Programs, Incentive Programs, Community Outreach Programs
- Keep management informed on (updated) HR issues
Recruiter: - Develop candidate profiles for each prescreened candidate to present to managers
- Schedule video conference calls with potential candidates across the country
- Follow up & Follow through on logistics for travel, hotel, transportation, interview schedules, video conference calls, etc. with candidates and clients
- Process monthly billings for clients & expense reports for candidates (including travel, hotel, car; professional fees, and videoconference calls)
- Source, screen and qualify candidates according to specifications
- Write job ads, post open positions on approved job boards and submit order to approved vendors
- Prescreen and qualify candidates for open positions in order to find relevance, culture fit, compensation history, and uncover skill sets and possible concerns
- Maintain database of candidate information and networking information; maintain the Applicant Tracking System; Assist other Recruitment Managers with various Recruitment/Ad hoc projects
